Review: ontario building code: the building code act (bca) lays out the legislative framework, governing the construction, renovation, demolition and change of use of buildings in ontario. Projects are classified into categories to calculate the amount owed to the municipality. Zoning: drawings are reviewed to ensure your project will conform to the zoning by-law.
