Renewable: if we manage them properly, they will naturally replenish themselves/ are self producing. Facilities that provide water, treat water, store food, give energy, systems that allow us to move around in the environment. Businesses that can bring money and employment into the city. We want all these factors to increase and stabilize capital across communities.
