Fabrics feel lighter than cellulosic of the same thickness. Chlorine bleach damages fiber so should not be used. Silk is a natural filament protein fiber. Silk come from a cocoon of a silk worm. Silk is commonly known as the queen of fibres, and it is widely known as luxury textile. Silk is off-white or cream, wild silk is brown. The color of the silk is determining by the food that the silk warms. Italia, japan, india and china are the top producer. eat.
