Independence: beliefs we develop early in life, right, wrong, good, bad, determine what you"re looking for. Interests: what are you drawn to, taking photos, sports, politics, personality, what motivates you, individual traits, needs and attitudes, creative, challenge driven, leader, easy going, personable, adaptable, skills, what you can do and enjoy doing. Work styles - holland code: realistic, people who prefer athletic/mechanical tasks, working with objects, tools, enjoys outdoors. Investigative: observing, learning, research, artistic, creativity, imagination, unstructured situation, social, working with people, helping, infoming, teaching, enterprising, entrepreneurial, selling, managing, persuading, conventional, follow instructions, numerical. Skill types: hard skills/technical skills, factual knowledge, learned during formal training, soft skills/transferable skills, talent that can transfer from one job to another, acquired throughout life.
