We all don"t have the same # of taste buds because of age. Also diference in way men and women taste. Born with two taste insincts: sweet (because of breast milk, sugar in breast milk which is lactose), salt (not born with insinct for salt but we acquire it ater 4 months. Can take up to 13-14 exposures to food for us to like or dislike it. Problem with being an omnivore, omnivores dilemma is that panda bear cannot harm itself thru diet because it only eats on thing, where as humans have the most diverse of all diets. Therefore, we are in constant danger of poisoning ourselves. Tongues can alert and/or be reluctant to certain tastes, more likely for food to be toxic that"s biter.
