Franklin expedition: got lost and others tried to find him, set sail in two ships, supposed to go the other side of somerset island, franklin and his friends disappeared and not found by europeans again. John ross back again: east side of somerset island. The passage is seen: mcclure gets stuck in the ice hoping to find that franklin is stuck on banks island, from banks island, he can see melville island, mcclure got stuck. Kelletts store house: 1852 1854 7 years past franklin disappeared, reached melville island in 1852, they spent the winter ion dealey island, got stuck in the ice here until 1853. Kellett and mcclure: stuck on banks usland until 1854, kellett stuck from 1852-1854, mcclure goes to melville island and met up with kellett, they both leave the arctic and go back home, mcclure completes the northwest passage. Franklin got lost and everyone searched for him exploring the arctic.
