What is culture?
Set of aussumption and val that shared by group of ppl and guide group of ppl interations
Important to understand diff culture ppl come from = business deal = interact w/ them

Val core of culture, strong, unconscious emotions w/ minus and plu pole,
oIn one culture something evil/ dirty/ abnormal may be good/ clean /normal in
