Increasing demand for knowledge workers with the skills to fully utilize technology. Workforce diversity reflects differences with respect to gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and able-bodiedness. A diverse and multicultural workforce both challenges and offers opportunities to employers.
