A massive storm occurs, kills people and their bodies infect the water. 1826-1837: asia-europe-north america: cholera spreads to russia and into europe, major movement due to migration and colonization, british in india, cholera hits london. Miasma: spread through air, the idea of bad air. Sol-lunar hypothesis: part of the sun and the moon cycle. Cometary influence: comets are causing electricity in the air. Geological influence: earthquake, bad gases are being released.
