Prioritize the concern for gender equality as a prominent concern. Examine and expose the lack of gender quality in outcomes. Seek to understand the nature of and underlying causes of inequality: eg: gender wage gap. If women are constrained by this, this is going to stop them from working in a paid job. Since they have work at home, they don"t have as much job security, they have more part time jobs rather than full time etc.
