1. I think feedback is the major problem with the performance appraisal process in the regional
office because it only consists of regular views of employee performance within
organizations. There should also be some sort of feedback from these employees so that the
organizations can know better how well they are at serving their employees with the best
working standards and then compare it with their employee’s performance.
2. a. regional office’s job analysis information doesn’t define their job really well so that is why
employees do not succeed in fulfilling the requirement of that task.
