Ideal facebook video: 2 mins or less, straightforward, simple but effective angle, raw event footage, videos that work without sound: a singular, compelling moment: emotional reunion, inspiring speech, etc. What works well for tv may not work well online/for social media. Each social media platform requires a different approach to videos because audiences behave differently and expect different experiences.
