Class one: a question of utility- ip (patents, patents are protected by governments because they are held to promote innovation but there is evidence that they do not. Arguments that patents are not needed: the current system encourages companies to invest in research in a way that leads to innovation, increased productivity, and general prosperity is weak. Zacchini won, and in doing so blazed the trail for future plaintiffs: publicity right infringement grounds has advantages over ex. There are three types of media: paid (e. g. , advertising on tv), owned (e. g. , company website), and earned (e. g. , consumers" word-of-mouth) media: we find that (1) social media marketing is positively associated with product sales.
