Set time counter to bars and beats. Edit in grid mode or relative grid. Either pick a midi track or instrument track (create in ticks: no sound on midi, really only pick instrument track. A hybrid between audio and midi track. Must put an instrument plugin to get instrument sound: boom drum machine. Has a pattern editor to choose which elements of the drum hit when. Each pattern is triggered by a different note on the keyboard. There are 16 patterns for 16 keys. Pads on the midi keyboard mapped to individual drum assets: db 33 is virtual organ, mini grand - virtual piano, vacuum synth, xpand2 a sampler! Double click on recorded midi track to open up midi editor: can also find it in window section. Can use the pencil tool to draw in music. In event window can find quantize under event operations. Allows to navigate throught the folders of the computer.
