Segmentation: you identify your market then you group them into different sections, such as your primary and secondary markets. Value and satisfaction customers want value in their products. Marketing channels direct from apple store or best buy or walmart. Supply chain where you get your resources. B2b wholesale selling to business i. e. costco. B2c all retail is business to consumer. C2c consumer to consumer ebay, kijiji, craigslist, yardsales. Value reflects the relationships of benefits to cost. Value based marketing means implementing a marketing strategy according to what customers value. It isn"t just about low-price anymore by creating strong products. A relational orientation is based on the philosophy that buyers and sellers should develop a long-term relationship for the benefit of both parties.
