Shipping of goods from manufacturer to supplier. Whenever walmart stock depletes, the shipping in is logistics management. Essentially the same thing as a distribution channel. Creating value from manufacturer suppliers to consumer. Takes the flow of goods and info into consideration throughout the whole distribution channel. Channel margins typically represent a large portion of the final price. Required to meet revenue targets by converting prospective clients to actual clients.
