Consumption of strawberries, peaches, pears, kale, cabbage, turnips, spinach, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, radishes, and peas bc inhibit th secretion. Measure ca2+ >4 hrs d/t risk of absorption interference. Assess for adverse effects (i. e chest pain, tachycardia, or increased nervousness) Ensure adequate bp d/t risk of hypotension. Ensure adequate temperature d/t risk of hypothermia. Ensure adequate nutrition d/t decreased metabolic rate.
