Mistakes of bell that this special emotion without talking set it apart from other kinds. There are 3 features that characterize axp and distinguishes it from other kinds of xp: complexity, intensity, unity. Interesting relationship among the parts: you will get things t are not deliberately made interesting but not so often bc it takes skills and effort to create such objects. Example; a book, with a skillful connection between the parts to create the narrative and give us the absorbing experience: process of development, the way it is unfolded, is determined/ controlled by the object (characters die, succeed, etc) It is not the subject that controls the xp (like daydreams, that are driven by your thoughts) We need to put ourselves in a certain frame of mind to open ourselves in that. Xp we need to keep our subjectivity to play a big role b/c we don"t want to shut down our subjective responses.
