The millennium development goals will only end up being the latest failure by the developed world to live up to undertakings they make to the developing world . If the concept is justice, than the philosopher who would be plato. Plato believed the war was a simple failure by the greeks to find the common interest. The main protagonist that stood against plato was precarious: he believed the justice for them was a really simple matter. And that right was simply right and wrong was simply wrong. The states provided economic function, security, and rule/government. Each level requires a certain level of self restraint, courage, and sometimes wisdom. Your knowledge, or intellectual limit will determine which level you are in (business, security, or rule) Plato says that in un-just societies, these different levels do not exist, but in just societies they do.
