People with antisocial pd have a high drug dependency 29x more than in the general population it might be that they enjoy the effect of the drug that disinhibits them they"ve already got this behaviour where they are bad in the world, if they"re on substances that take away their disinhibitions then they act the way they want to we see drugs like cocaine used by these people.
