Random assignment to conditions people are very variable, therefore, bigger group assignments are better. Quasi experiment can"t manipulate independant variable, can"t randomly assign to conditions. Ses - socio economic status (income, education of parents. Short-term relationships less than 18 months; similar values. Long-term relationships more than 18 months; complementary personality characteristics.
