missed their message even though you promised they are very angry with you

o3) Containment how bad it was/ how permanent
Trying to help the patient process/experience/express their feelings
in a adaptive way and modeling for them how to do that
A good therapist lets you feel to the fullest but contain the
emotions rather than showing the emotions themselves
Acceptance therapy better than CBT more cognitive
