The only b-need level refer to the umbrella concept of actualization needs (a. k. a. meta- needs) Must meet a few conditions: be free of society and self-constraints, not be distracted by lower level needs, must be loved and be loved in return, must be aware of our strengths and weaknesses. Failure to self actualize can lead to psychopathology.
