What could be some prbs associated with getting base rates regarding how much sex offending crime there is - vast majority of crime in unreported especially when it comes to sexual offending. One of the major reasons is under-reporting so there is no record of it. What would happen if you called someone asking them if they"ve been a victim of a sex crime - people wouldn"t want to discuss it with a stranger.
