Municipal planning deals with the design of the built environment in a city and the use of land. Building size and height is approved, if you want to make any alterations to your plans you need further approval by the board. Site coverage cannot go past its designated area. Location of building and other structures on a lot. Parking requirements, you must provide sufficient parking for the property you are making. Architectural design, must fit the design accordingly. Our project will have concepts that are easy to produce and some deviate and can be harder to approve. People in residential areas are very against condo buildings. The city serves the public, if the public is angry about your site then the city will not be in your favour. Nascent - household about to be formed, for example a young adult moving out of their parents home and finding new housing for themselves.
