Social policy can shape and give definition to a more just and inclusive society. Individual level: service delivery level, worker- client interaction. Administrative level: guidelines, regulations, that regulate operations, mandates and mission statements. Government level: fed/prov/ municipal, laws and legislation, structural, dominant discourses. Social policy= often implemented as public policy: governs, guides, and regulates citizens.
