It is not clear enough, ignores research laws (power) & makes exaggerated claims about evidence (and causes/efect) Inadequate studies on various populaions, no available data. Hard to implement due to resources limitaions such as ime, training, supervision, service user involvement. Findings oten outdated by ime of publish or implementaion (lag ime)
