Eurocentrism: western = power because of policies applied (access to education, employment, etc) Black power civil rights and feminist movement are examples. Melting pot: acculturation = different groups are suppose to merge into one pot to create a new society. Participant observation (she visited countries and became a part of the society) You are a product of your society. They learn the culture, value belief of your society and is passed down to generation.
