Not saying conflict is good, just describing the world. Cause of conflict is inequality we see. As conflict plays itself out, social change happens (inequality conflict social change) Plays itself out it goes on for a long time but resolves infers that things have resolved and the conflict has ended. Tightly knit body of beliefs organized between core values. Exists because to define the existing state of affairs as just/right, that things are okay and no way to do it any other way. Only effective if it"s invisible (only suggested by some) When you can"t see it, it means it"s working because you don"t need to do anything with it. If you see it, you recognize it for what it is, you just level and glass over it.
