Overall can depend on how we were raised. In the end what does paying get you: it"s a certain form of power. In contemporary society two distinct roles were established view common sense gender roles: breadwinner: male, life outside the home, working, money maker , homemaker: female, life inside the home, child rearing, domestic obligations.
