Young men between the ages of 18-24, low education level, low socioeconomic status, unemployed. Upper middle class men do not abuse its only this specific group of men who abuse. Social construction of masculinity reinforces that men are expected aggression, dominant, competition, toughness, and unemotional behaviour. Men are allowed to be angry; women are not allowed to be angry.
