Biases within the readings, your bias maters as well as the writers. Chartrand clearly stated i am m is, daniels is one of my good friends (bias going on here, within the aricle- as the reader you have to have an eye for bias) In chartrand"s aricle it is commentary, which means this is a biased opinion piece (you know that it is chartrand"s opinion) If the aricle tries to present itself as an unbiased piece, it results in the reader being biased and taking on those opinions. Important to think criically when reading the aricles using a criical lens. They did not address the residenial school experience at all, the document did not focus on this because it is for the world and not just canada. There are no speciicaions that would hold them accountable, they do not discuss how they will follow up with this.
