Types of interviews: structured: follow a pre-set script, close ended questions, some questions may be open- ended. Makes it easy to replicate study, used when working in larger research teams, data is used to compare responses. Does(cid:374)(cid:859)t allow for depth structured interview guides are found in much larger sample sizes (50-100 etc. : semi-structured: follows pre-set questions but also additional questions in response to participant comments and reactions. Reliant on interview protocol, asking questions and covering topics in a particular order. Usually 6-13 questions, do not want too many questions, that guide your conversation with the participant.
