Need to make sure habitat is cleaned up. when restoring habitat you have to ensure water is safe and clean for fish and not just off sprays (birds). People have build man made platforms because of habitat loss. Wind turbines in wind farms killed 600,000 birds. don"t flap their arms too much so they look for warm air to hover over. wind turbines bring that wind but then it hits them and they die. Ddt is hydrophobic so its easily transported to ocean currents around the world. Owls only like a specific habitat. can"t just build them a new one. Fly trained raptors to move pest species of birds. in yvr they do that so they can clean up garbage and clean the air space so that the plane can land. Raptors are light blue. when ddt was banned raptors had an increase in species count. overall trend is showing improvement. The red and green shows decline in those species.
