Took 3 minutes just cooked it on the stove. Used to eating an egg every morning since i was little, good source of protein. Healthier than white rice, it was readily available as well. Gives a little flavour and more taste for my stir-fry. Also goes well with my stir-fry, more appetizing. Like to incorporate some sort of vegetable in my rice as well. Always been a watermelon (or fruit in general) lover, also like that it freshens me up and hydrates me as well. Lactose-intolerant, (cid:272)a(cid:374)(cid:859)t ha(cid:448)e (cid:373)ilk i(cid:374) the mornings, and good source of energy. Walking to class gives me energy, wakes me up for morning classes, became some sort of habit. Healthy snack, gives me something to chew on and keep me awake in class. A shortcut to any necessary vegetables and fruits i lack, easy way of getting my nutrients in, no sugar added. Accompanies with my green juice, a good snack as well.
