This is due that gender roles may make in sort that women choose not to go in business and put all eforts in family, and think that this is where they belong. Maybe a mater of ime as more and more women take bigger posiions. Law that 40% need to be women on board directors. (usa 15%) says company has had more success. Raional decision making: idea that we want make best decision, with series of steps.
