Telling: in your team, describe what you did and what you saw and heard. As you describe it, pay particular attention to the user"s perspective. Describe the user"s journey, from beginning to end. Provide as much rich detail as you can. If you collected pictures, drawings or artifacts, use them to illustrate your story. As you describe the experience, try to reflect how it appeared to the user. Think about how she or he seemed to react to what happened, or failed to happen. Think also about ways the experience might have affected the user at a subconscious level. Which may not be reflected in interviews, but where you can observe some hints from their behaviour. Listening: listen actively to the story of each member of your team.
