But the rich tries to maintain control with laws and legislations. These are tools to keep the working control or the classes under control. Reject notion of state as mere instrument of ruling. Laws that look like in favor of the masses and do not appear to be in favor of the powerful, just in appearances. These laws are made in order to keep the masses working and the production running so that the powerful and rich can keep making money. These laws are made to keep everyone happy and to not disrupt the flow of the production. Law in capitalist societies claim to protect and promote equality.
