Criticize common land (land shared between everyone for sheep and cow grazing etc) Caused appropriation of common land in villages. Entrepreneurs take common land as private property, causes villagers to be poor. [y]our sheep, which are naturally mild may be said now to devour men and unpeople, not only villages, but towns (43). Capital punishment is unnecessary, instead people should find and solve the crimes that lead to punishment. Uses force to colonize natives if they resist. When the utopians" population grows too numerous they move some people to the neighbouring continent and fix a colony (87).
