A foodscape [or local food landscape] encompasses all food resources within a particular location (grocery stores, restaurants, food banks community gardens, dumpsters, etc. ). Food is an inelastic commodity and the women in the study did what they could in order to obtain it. 10 plwha (people living with hiv/aids) in the dtes for 10 weeks. They only want the meat and potatoes line-ups are difficult to women. I"ve got a kid so that limits to where i can go "cause i can"t or i won"t bring her to a lot of places. That"s the hardest thing finding a place where you can feed kids without waiting in line -- jeannette line ups could identify whether people had hiv/aids: trans women have few spaces of their own. If you go there as transgender you have to be identified as a woman.
