Emergency room case, there one person who came in to get stitches, 5 other people came in that need organs, that one person could save all of them because he has the organs that they need. Utilarianism person would say to kill the one person. One side of the railway tracks are the advantage group and the other side is the disadvantaged group. A kid from the advantage side got kidnapped and murdered, but no evidence.
