We come from nature and have to understand we are connected to it. Talking about the landscape we change in pursuit of progress. Industrialization acting as a landscape, a different one. Photography making a connection taking pictures of tankers receiving gas from one of them at some point. Oil tankers were cleaned by hand by young boys, oil up to their necks, very low pay. Dam creating a new landscape, a necessary one because it is providing much needed power to the cities around it. Chinese people living there see this as an improvement because before it was much worse regarding life style. Chinese people being neighbours for decades, living in the same old houses, people staying where they are born.
