The original source is out of print. The paraphrase must be entirely in your own words. You must do more than just substitute phrases. You must change the whole sentence around. Put the passage out of sight and just think about what it is telling you. Try to write the passage in your own words. Incorporating another person"s exact words into your own work. In psychology we use quotations judiciously/sparingly as: quotes do not show understanding.
