Mundane realism: refers to how closely a study mirrors real-life experience (goodwin & goodwin, Operational definitions: a definition of a concept or variable in terms of precisely described operations, measures, or procedures (goodwin & goodwin, 2013, p. 499). Deduction reasoning from a set of general statements toward the prediction of a specific event (goodwin & goodwin, 2013, p. 87-88).
