Telepathic dreams the dreamer becomes aware of someone else"s current mental state. Clairvoyant dreams the dreamer tunes into the nature of some physical location or changes in some physical object that are taking place. People report these dreams in therapeutic practice. Report them in research (ie: sleep labs). A number of studies were done by ullman and krippner, as well as hall and van de. This person attempts to send a target stimulus to the sleeper (percipient): a third person is the sleep monitor. They are to observe the eeg and signal by buzzer to the agent in a separate room when the sleeper is in rem sleep: the sleeper, the agent and the monitor are all in separate rooms. Precognitive dreamers are in the cia, fbi. Police departments hire people to dream about crimes, etc. The world recognizes that this can and does occur. Physics and psychology together have models to try and explain these phenomena.
