Note: i expect to be serving approximately 600 students in four different courses this term. When using email, you must put acctg 300 in the subject line, or i will be unable to respond. I will do the best i can to respond to emails but cannot guarantee a timely response. The only way to ensure my response is to come to see me during my office hours. It is also the language of governments and not-for-profit organizations. Anyone who works in a position of responsibility in any kind of organization will find it useful to be able to speak, read and understand the language. It is also useful for those who aspire to positions of responsibility. This is a survey course for non-business students. We will cover a broad range of topics designed to assist you in becoming an informed user of accounting information.
