Culture: campaigns for voting rights for women rights, in society, politics, candy stanton and susan anthony stand for women rights. In britain in 1837 a queen ascended the throne, a young woman named victoria, whose reign to continue until 1901. Paris is seen as the city of light in streets. From the 1840s on, photography documented the way people dressed.
