Hospital care: acute and inpatient hospital care and outpatient services, including ambulatory care, continuing care and rehabilitation e. g. emergency visits, orthopedic clinic visit, admission related to congestive heart failure, post-acute stroke care. Types of professionals: pain team, anesthetics, wound care.
