We have perspectives that are critiquing the traditional approaches and want to move away , beyond from the normal way of thinking , think out of the box and bring another perspective. Distancing from the normal way of thinking for a purpose: reconstruct the truth about what has been said before: propositions that are product of historical processes , about the common sense. They seek to challenge and bring a new knowledge about the subject. Pol s 364 : alternative theories and perspectives. We moving from traditional perspectives n the role of the market (economy) and the state (politics) We are trying to see how decisions on the major means of production, distribution and exchange are based whether on the state or on the market. Introduction, critical theory = stand apart from the world (cox) It should become part of people"s understanding of their own conditions bringing a new common sense.
