behaviour.
Pleasant & unpleasant events motivate
approach & avoidance behaviours.
Being deprived of a reinforcer can also
increase a behaviour.

-Something pleasant/unpleasant that motivates you to do something, or to avoid
it. (similar to Operant conditioning)
